Schull Duathlon

Chris Mintern was our only competitor at Schull duathlon recently where he put it up to the older and more experienced athletes.  He came back in 2^nd place after the 1^st 5k run but lost a few places on the bike as he is still getting stronger in this area, but due to him having the fastest 2^nd run by far, he finished 4^th overall in 1.00.38, 1^st Junior home.
