FENOR DUATHLON RACE 2010 - INFORMATION

The 2nd Waterford Duathlon takes place in Fenor, Co. Waterford. Fenor is located just 5km from Tramore in Co. Waterford on the coast road to Dungarvan. The race distances are 5k run, 19k cycle and 3k run. The course is mostly flat with some 'testing' undulations.

REGISTRATION:

Registration will take place on the morning of the race 9am - 10:30am. No registrations will be taken after 10:30 sharp.

RACE DIRECTIONS:

Coming from Cork:

If coming from Cork, proceed through Kilmeaden (just 5km from Waterford City) along the N25 (Cork Road). When arriving at the outer ring road on the outskirts of Waterford City, follow all signposts for Tramore. When arriving in Tramore, take the coast road signposted for Dungarvan. Fenor is located 5km along this coast road from Tramore.

Coming from Dublin, Limerick, Kilkenny, Wicklow, Wexford or Rosslare:

Go to Waterford City. Drive along the left of the Quays. Continue straight through Waterford City along the N25 taking all signs for Cork (Cork Road). After passing the Waterford Crystal Factory, continue for a further 2km approx until you reach the main roundabout on the outer ring road. follow all signposts for Tramore. When arriving in Tramore, take the coast road signposted for Dungarvan. Fenor is located 5km along this coast road from Tramore.
